This is a great breakfast alternative you can drink on the run. This is the easiest and most basic recipe for a smoothie.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 ml yogurt (any flavour, any brand-low fat if you wish)
  • 1 frozen banana

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (add ice if fruit is not frozen).
