Dog ate the cookbook! you can also just leave it as a roast and cut it up after it has cooked. Use the liquid for gravy!
- 2 lbs round steaks
- 1 1⁄2 ounces onion soup mix
- 10 3⁄4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Slice steak into 5 serving size pieces; place in slow cooker.
- Add soup mix, water, and soup. cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
This was good and very easy to throw together. I followed the recipe except I didn't add the water. It took only four hours in my crock pot. It made for a nice dinner. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
