      This was flavorful & easy to make . . . However, I would not cook the noodles all the way if you are simmering the dish for 20 minutes -- this over cooks them. I increased the chili powder to 2 tsp. & the cumin to 1 tsp. I didn't add the onions till I added the sauce & seasonings -- I added just about a tsp. of minced garlic with the onion as well (instead of using garlic powder).

      i'm giving this 5 stars for how easy it was to fix and 4 1/2 stars for taste,when i make this again i will add just a little more chili powder for an "extra" kick.

      This was very good...I added a bit more chili powder and used extra cheese, but other than that, followed the recipe exactly. We will make again, it's great with french bread! :) Thanks for posting a quick and easy recipe!

      This is really good. Quick, easy and it's the first chili that didn't set my mouth and stomach on fire! The only changes I made was I left off the salt. Another keeper!

      Thanks for the great recipe. My husband loved it and even said this would be great for leftovers. (He rarely eats leftovers) Quick, fool proof and tasty.

      I fixed this for dinner tonight. I added a can of diced tomatoes, left out the cheese, and used chilli beans instead of kidney beans. My son's comments: "Mom, this is the best dinner this week". Thanks for sharing. Marla
