  • In a medium saucepan, cook onion in hot butter until tender. Add garlic, salt, red pepper and white pepper. Stir in whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, and catsup.
  • Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in cooked shrimp and snipped basil.
  • Serve shrimp mixture over hot cooked rice or pasta.

Followed the directions exactly and added a tablespoon of cream cheese....we were in heaven or close to it as we ate our dinner. Served over rice and served with a green salad.
