  • 1 12 cups shrimp, cooked, cooled and sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag tortilla chips
  • 34 cup salsa
  • 34 cup guacamole

directions

  • Place dollop of guacamole on tortilla chip, top with slice of shrimp and salsa.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Note: Using the "Scoops" type of tortilla chip works best.
