- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can mixed vegetables
- 4 cups instant mashed potatoes
- Brown ground beef and and add onion, cook until onion is transparent.
- Add soup, veggies,garlic and mix together.
- Pour into oblong baking dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 1/2 cup of Mushroom Soup = 1 point.
- 1/2 cup of English Peas = 1 point.
