This versatile cocktail sauce has some "zip" to it from the horseradish and hot sauce, but these can be adjusted to suit your taste.

This was so much better than all the jarred cocktail sauce you'll find at the grocery store. I really like the sweet chili sauce I used, so I knew I'd like this recipe, and I was right. It was fresh and had just the right "kick" for our classic shrimp cocktails. Thanks, Bayhill.
- 177.44 ml chili sauce
- 177.44 ml ketchup
- 29.58 ml prepared horseradish (use more or less to suit your taste)
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 14.79 ml lemon juice
- 4.92 ml granulated sugar
- 1.23 ml hot pepper sauce (use more or less to suit your taste)
- 0.25 ml celery salt
- 0.25 ml onion salt
- 0.25 ml garlic salt
- black pepper, to taste
