True comfort food and one of the easiest things to make. A go-to meal we rely on when there is not much time to cook.
- 1 lb hot ground sausage
- 3 cups hot steamed rice
- Cook and crumble ground sausage in large stock pot over medium high heat until completely cooked. Do not drain.
- Meanwhile, cook rice in rice cooker or on stove according to package directions.
- Add cooked rice to sausage and mix well.
