i've made this twice now for my fiance and it's become one of our favorite ways to make pork chops. i always add a little more minced garlic and brown sugar vs. white. so good, thank you!

Awesome! I made this recipe as it was written and my husband said it was the best pork chop recipe he's ever had! That says A LOT! Thanks!

Made these as written and they were great! Hubby said the sauce reminded him of Asian flavors.

The only alteration that I made was omitting the ginger... only because I didn't have any on hand. My husband and son absolutely LOVED this recipe!!! My son not only ate all of his.... he eagerly asked for more. My child is a very picky eater so this recipe is definitely a keeper!!
Thanks Oolala!!

so simple and so delish!!! I didn't have ginger so that was omitted, plus, i opted for splenda instead of real sugar! Me and my husband LOVED IT!!! I browned some onions for a side plus spinach and rice. perfect balanced meal! and under 45 minutes!

Just made this (sans ground ginger) and it was great! Home-y flavor with something extra that is not over powering at the same time. It's not plain jane but not crazy either-a great balance :)
