Another cheap and quick salmon dish from Bisquick.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Spray 9 inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Stir bisquick, milk, sour cream, dill weed and eggs with wire whisk until blended.
  4. Gently stir in salmon and cheese.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

We really liked this. I even messed it up because I thought I had all the ingredients until I started putting it together and it was still great. I only used 2 eggs, 2 leftover grilled salmon fillets, and cheddar instead of swiss. Easy and healthy weeknight meal! Thanks Sweet Jezebel!!

I really like these one dish Bisquick pies! The sour cream gave the texture a rich custard like denseness (I used non fat). Leftovers are very good cold! Thanks S. Jezebel, for posting. Roxygirl

Wanting to make a quick supper I decided to try this recipe. It went together so fast and with ingredients I keep on hand. My DH and I thought it tasted great. I will definitely be making this again soon. Thanks for such a quick and great tasting recipe.
