This was good and easy to make. The recipe was a bit confusing. The ingredient list says 3 cups of rice but the directions say 2 cups. I went with the 2 cups and I thought that was perfect for the amount of corn. I also added 2 tablespoons of butter but kept the rest of the ingredients the same. My hubby isn't a fan of rice but enjoyed it made like this. We also added gravy from my dinner on top of the mixture which made it even more tasty. Thanks for a good, quick side dish.

When I first looked at this recipe I thought it would be to bland for my family, boy was I wrong. This is an excellent dish. Picky DS gobbled it right up. I used a little extra butter as a just in case it was to bland!! The whole family enjoyed this one. I will be making this again when I have leftover rice, which seem to happen alot. Thanks for posting this great recipe, Adrian #1!! Its a keeper!!
