Easy "restaurant Pasta" at Home

This pasta dinner is so fast to put together- and tastes great! The secret is the premade bruschetta tomato topping! I made it for dinner last night and it took me less than 30 minutes and the kids said it tasted as good as "that Olive restaurant".

  1. In a large pasta pot, boil the pasta as directed.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saute pan, on medium high heat cook the chicken breast in olive oil, garlic and italian seasoning- about 10 minutes depending on thickness of strips. Add the zuchini and mushrooms to the chicken and cook 5 minutes longer or until the vegetables have softened.
  3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot, add the brushetta topping, chicken and vegetable mixture and cheese. Toss to mix.
