Hearty, healthy, YUMMY muffins! My husband's Gram gave me this recipe to try and I loved it - thought that I would share it with everyone else. :)

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Fill 12 greased muffin cups with mixture.
  4. Bake for about 17 minutes.

This recipe makes the perfect muffin! Thank you. I had some really bad generic raisin bran that no one would eat so I looked for muffin recipe to use it. Thanks! Next time, I might try using whole wheat flour instead of white, just for more fiber.
