WOW! Loved this SO much! Not only did it take 10 mins to 'throw' it all together, but the taste did not betray how little time it took! I made more than needed so we can have some for lunch tomorrow. This was fabulous. Thank you so much! (Reviewed for Spring PAC 2007)

  1. Heat oven.
  2. Line pastry in a pie pan.
  3. Spread the ham, cheddar and tomatoes on the pastry.
  4. Mix milk, eggs and seasoning together and pour mixture on the filling.
  5. Cook for 40 mins until the milk mixture is firm.
