This recipe is from a weekly meal planning circular. Very simple for a weeknight meal.
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 ounces swiss cheese, diced
- 3 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 deep dish pie shell, frozen
- Whisk together all ingredients and pour into pie.
- crust. Bake 30-35 minutes @350.
