Simple and easy fall dessert.
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- Mix well.
- bake in greased bundt pan for 50-55 minutes at 350.
I needed a quick, easy & delicious pumpkin cake recipe and this was perfect! I did add 1 cup of mini chocolate chips and frosted the cake with tinted orange frosting. I used my easy frosting recipe - 12 oz container of cool-whip & softened 8 oz container of cream cheese - whipped together until smooth. A delicious festive cake!
This recipe was just too easy to make! It tastes wonderful...not overly pumpkiney...nice mild pumpkin flavor. I baked mine for 55 minutes and it was perfect. It didn't need anything more than a dusting of powdered sugar and WOW! Bring on the milk!! Thanks for posting!
