  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together cake mix, pumpkin, water, cranberries, pumpkin pie spice, and fiber one.
  3. Use muffin tin liners or Pam the muffin tin well.
  4. Pour the batter into the tins.
  5. Mix together cinnamon, oats, and brown sugar.
  6. Sprinkle on tops of muffins.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
