Only 4 ingredients! What could be easier! I have used pork tenderloin and boston butt, both cuts of meat com out well.

Directions

  1. Place pork in crock pot.
  2. Top with garlic and onion.
  3. Pour in beer.
  4. Cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork.
  5. Remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible.

This was fantastic! Served with slider rolls and King's Hawaiian rolls. Hubby suggested adding a little liquid smoke next time, and there will definitely be a next time!

This was really different, but it was really tasty. The whole house smelled delicious by the time it was ready for eating! The BF and I both really enjoyed it. The pork was so deliciously tender; ate it on Kaiser buns! MMM!

This was exactly what the recipe says, easy! And wonderful as well! I needed a quick easy recipe to make pulled pork in order to make cuban sandwiches. I will use this recipe for the pork alone as well! Yumm!!
