Only 4 ingredients! What could be easier! I have used pork tenderloin and boston butt, both cuts of meat com out well.
- Place pork in crock pot.
- Top with garlic and onion.
- Pour in beer.
- Cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork.
- Remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible.
