These chops come out of the oven so moist and juicy. Can also be done on the grill.

- Mix the dry ingredients and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops.
- Brown chops in oil.
- Place each of the chops on a piece of heavy foil.
- Layer each with onions.
- Seal pouches tightly.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 425* for 30 minutes.
Nice and moist pork chops. I didn't have any sage so I substituted poultry seasoning instead.

Very tasty pork chops. This is a very simple recipe but the pork chops were good and tender. I used bone-in pork chops and poultry seasoning instead of sage. They were a little overdone so next time I will shorten the cooking time a bit.
