I know I've had these at some point in my life and they're delicious, but in no way are they "healthy". They're little stacks of fat (transfats from the hydrogenated oil in the chips, noodles and margarine, saturated fat from the butter), cholesterol (from the butter), and refined flour in the noodles. Make them for what they are if you will, but don't give them to your kids thinking they are good for them. This is definitely a tasty treat, but they're artery cloggers, not health food!
