This is how I make my pico de gallo. It's easy to make, and easy to add to! For a little punch, mince a Jalapeno or Serrano pepper and stir it in!
- 4 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- kosher salt, to taste
- Combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and salt, as well as the juice from the lime.
- Mix with a spoon till well combined.
