Loved it! I also made a couple of subs; I used provolone in place of American and white bread, as it is what I had on hand...yum! I think next time I'll pre-cook the pepperoni in the microwave for a few seconds, to crisp it up a bit. Thanks so much for sharing, BakinBaby!

I didn't try this, but I made it for my dh today. He liked it but said he would prefer no dijon next time. Thanks, I might add some pizza sauce next time.

I really enjoyed this sandwich for lunch, I didn't use the butter as Iwas cooking it in the sadwich press and sorry but forgot the dijon but really enjoyed the hot spicy pepperoni with the sharpness of vintage cheddar and little parmesan. Thank you BakinBaby, made for Everday A Holiday.

Really good!!! Made for lunch using white bread (don't like toasted wheat) and cheddar cheese in place of the American. Wasn't sure if the pepperoni and dijon mustard would mix, but they tasted great together. Even DS (4yr) ate it, minus the mustard so that is a bonus!! Made for Everyday is a Holiday Feb 2010.

Kids and I loved this for lunch yesterday. I made it with homade bread. Very very yummy. Kids dipped it in marinara sauce, hubby dipped in ranch, I ate as is. THanks Bakinbaby. Made for I recommend tag.

I would have never have thought to put pepperoni on a grill cheese. I added a thin layer of pizza sauce instead of the dijon. Excellent! Made for Zaar Stars.

Yum!! The pepperoni adds a nice zing to the traditional grilled cheese. Left out the mustard because I didn't have any, but will make this again.

Rather than frying I just broiled mine & used vintage cheese and dijonnaise for the condiment and also added some baby spinach leaves, so tasty, a fab sandwich!

Yummers. What a great idea to jazz up grilled cheese a little. My husband loved it too. I served it with some tomato basil soup and it was the perfect dipper. I used a different method to cook it though...I used Chef V's method Baked Grilled Cheese ...the only way I do grilled cheese anymore. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks for posting this!

Love this grilled cheese! The addition of the pepperoni is a nice touch. I did omit the mustard because I'm not crazy about it. Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! I used whole wheat bread with American and cheddar as they were what I had on hand. Definitely used the Dijon too! Thanks for sharing!

Had this for lunch today and thought this was very good. I used white bread and 2 slices of American cheese. I fried the pepperoni for just a few seconds to crispy it up and get rid of some of the grease. I did not care for the mustard though and will omit that next time maybe will try some ketchup on it. Made for Every Days A Holiday.

Nice sandwich. I used an 8 grain bread and a cheddar/swiss cheese combination. Loved the mustard addition. Made for Every Day Holiday Tag. :)

Mmmm! This was such a nice change from plain ol' grilled cheese! I loved the flavors of the pepperoni and Dijon mustard. I used a griddle, which didn't have a lid, so grilled them the way I usually do--over low heat so they brown slowly. I used turkey pepperoni, mozzarella & cheddar cheese, and whole wheat bread. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe, BakinBaby! Made for Every Day is a Holiday Tag Game.

Very tasty. I really liked it, but hubby wasn't thrilled with the dijon mustard. Next time I'll make it without. Thanks for posting! Made for the I Recommend Tag Game.

What a great way to spice up a boring lunch! My son really enjoyed these....he ate two. My bread was so big, I could only eat half. I thought the dijon mustard was really great with the pepperoni. I'll try the baked grilled cheese method next time. This is a great, quick and easy too! Made for Everyday is a Holiday Tag!
