Excellent and easy. Servings depend on amounts of ingredients you use.
- 1⁄2 alfredo sauce
- 1⁄2 tomato sauce
- salt, pepper & garlic to taste
- cooked chicken
- cooked broccoli (any vegetable you prefer)
- sliced red peppers or green pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese
- parmesan cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta, cooked & drained
- Warm sauces, spices, chicken, peppers and broccoli in large fry pan.
- Add cooked penne noodles and place in oven safe casserole dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and parmesan.
- Place in oven to brown bread crumbs, approximately 2 minutes.
