Great recipe! Although, I did it a little different. I used all the evaporated milk in the can, added 1.5 cups of peanut butter, and 1/2 cup corn syrup - made a big batch but I didn't have left over evaporated milk and it drizzled nicely. I like this recipe - even I couldn't mess it up!person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Husband got a craving for peanut butter topping so I whipped this up in no time flash. I only had dark corn syrup,,,,worked out well. With only 3 Ingredients, and most people have in cabinets,,turned out great. I did however add a little more peanut butter only for personal taste. Will def. make again,,,and thank you for posting! Update 5-10-09: Since I put my review I've had to make 3 more batches!!person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? My wife has been bugging me to figure out how to make a peanut butter ice cream topping for quite some time now. I am quite sure she is gonna love this. I made it about 25 min ago, and have eaten half with a spoon, lol, couldn't help it. It is really that good. Thank you sooooo much for posting this, it was about the 20th or so i looked at, and the only one without added sugar :)people found this review Helpful.
