Only five ingredients, but plenty of flavor! Even my husband (who doesn't like fish that much) went back for seconds! Works well in low-carb diets.

I tried this for dinner tonight. I really don't cook tilapia so i needed a good recipe. I tweaked this one just a little. It was a huge hit. My picky kids went back for seconds fast, lol. I guarantee its gonna make a great sandwich tomorrow.
- 3⁄4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 4 -6 tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 425°F In a shallow dish, combine cheese, paprika and parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle fish with olive oil and dredge in the cheese mixture. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, 10 to 12 minutes.
