Love, love, love this recipe!!! My only modification is adding panko bread crumbs to the flour, makes them fluffier... I use these to make fish tacos, with cabbage, cilantro, serano, onion, lime juice, cumin and mayo slaw. The best fish tacos ever!!!

Can't believe it but I finally found a fish recipe that my non-fish eating hubby loves! Everytime I want to serve fish for dinner, he either suddenly isn't hungry or he asks for something else. Not this recipe, though. I substituted lemon pepper for black pepper and it really intensified the lemon flavor. Next time, however, I'll cut back a bit on the butter or else use light butter instead. Delicious!

I loved the ease and great taste of this dish. My husband thought that it was too tangy but I LOVED it! My 6 year old son asked for more 4 times. Thank you again for a great recipe.

Delicious and very easy recipe. We used less butter than what was said to actually cook the fish. Thanks! :)

This was delicious! I used about 1/3 less butter and used lime juice instead of the lemon juice.

Very good. Simple and tasty. Subbed dried parsley. Served with Steamed Asparagus With Lemon.

Another easy recipe with lots of flavor That bit of lemon sure makes a difference. Used "No Oil" spray in the skillet. I just very lightly dusted the fish. 28 Feb. I made the recipe again (it is worth making over and over again) This time i cooked it on the griddler (griddle plates). To my dismay I had no parsley - still wonderful. Cut way back on the butter too. KITTENCAL sorry the photos do not show it up as they should.

I used white/brown rice flour and added Parmesan cheese. Tasted awesome but the sauce didn't turn out for me. I think I burnt it??

Very good, easy and fast! I used rice flour to get an even brown without overcooking the fish and only a dash of salt. Excellent dinner! Thanks for sharing!

I used lemon soles, and this was a good, practical and tasty dish. Thank you.

My grocery store did not have any sole filets, so I used Tilapia. The simple recipes always seem to be the best. We enjoyed this very much. Added a small handful of sliced almonds to the butter and sauteed them before adding the lemon juice. Wonderful! Thanks Kit.
