The fact that these are utterly effortless and immensely enjoyable make them dangerous with a capital "D"! A gal could get in some serious trouble with these little lovelies... Think I'll eat just ONE more...

these are now a repeat for every christmas, they turn out so good. using a food processor is a definite must - i tried once without it, and it was an epic fail

These are really good. Looks like you worked hard even though they are easy.

Rarely will I ask someone for a recipe. The food item must be exceptionally good for me to ask. A young man whom I work with brought these to into the office and were outstanding in taste and texture. He used vanilla bark instead of choclate to coat the oreo/cream cheese filling.

My manager gave me this recipe about a year ago and I finally made these a couple of weeks ago. They are wonderful and sinfully rich! I'm basically a time challenged person so I didn't roll the mixture into balls. I made a double batch and then pressed it into a 9 inch square silicone cake pan and chilled for a few hours. After chilling I removed the mixture from the pan by turning the pan inside out and then cut the cookie mixture into small squares. Workd great and was much quicker than rolling.
