This recipe is yummy the only part you need to add to the directions is add a small pan of water under the meatloaf pan in the oven. This will ensure your meatloaf doesn't get dried out in the oven. Check back to make sure the water hasn't dried up if so add more until the meatloaf is done. Otherwise I loved the recipe just wish I would have remembered to put the pan of water under it because I think it came out just a bit to dry. Great recipe. Just made this and it is delicious. I did add a splash or two of Worcestershire.
This is the one I will be using, it's great..
My husband and I thought this recipe was very flavorful, however, the instructions are too vague. If you have two pounds of meat, it will not be cooked within an hour. I would recommend cooking for an hour and a half or two hours, and cutting the loaf half way through. This helps it to cook faster and makes transferring the loaf to a plate much easier. I would also recommend letting the loaf sit for at least 15-30 mins after cooking. Again, the ingredients are wonderful; very flavorful meal.

mmm one of the best meatloaves we've had, lots of flavour, the horseradish really makes this recipe and gives it a nice little bite.. we loved it!! and it made fantastic sandwiches for lunch the next day. Thanks for posting, will be making it again.
