This is a very good cheesecake! I made this for a neighbor who was celebrating a birthday and the cheesecake made quite an impression. I used the oreo chocolate crust and topped the cheesecake with fresh strawberries so that it wasn't so sweet. I let the strawberries "bleed" first on paper towels before arranging on top. Very impressive! Thank you Junebug!
Picked raspberries this afternoon & made this delicious dessert! Don't have 'cool whip' (don't even know what it is!) so used ricotta cheese & some whipped thick cream. Worked really well. Used Weetabix to make the base as I didn't have any biscuits (aka "cookies")!
Decadent & gorgeous! Thanks for a fab recipe!
I made two of these. One to experiment with and see if the recipe works out, and the other one to take to a Christmas dinner. The longer this cheesecake sets, the better it will be. I recommend letting it set up for at least twelve hours or overnight. Everyone loved the cheesecake. A few people even asked me for the recipe. Thanks!
This was very easy to make with few ingredients. My family really enjoyed it. We used light Cool Whip and low fat cream cheese, and it still tasted great. Will definately make this again.
Can't believe how easy it was to make this amazing cheesecake! I used fresh strawberries and froze the cheesecake for an hour. It turned out perfect! Will make it again!
Sooo delectable and delicious! I made this for my Advanced Foods class, and everybody LOVED it!!
This was delicious, and couldn't be simpler. I simply sliced fresh strawberries on top and, with the black oreo crust and pure white filling, it loooked lovely. Thanks for a delicious, easy-to-make summer treat!
Very good cheesecake!! I liked the combination of the white chocolate and berries. I used a oreo pie crust and that was nice for contrast of colors. The best part was how quick and simple this dessert is to make!!! Thanks Junebug for a great recipe!!!
A keeper! The delicious flavor of this cheesecake is accented by the fact that it is so easy to make! Our family LOVES it!
