- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 3 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup margarine, melted
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Roll into one inch balls and chill before serving.
I'd been seeing "no-bake cookie" recipes for a while, and was a bit skeptical, but I finally picked this recipe to try. I made it exactly as written, and was pretty pleased with the results. The "mouthfeel" is a bit strange, but I enjoyed the sugary, peanut-buttery taste and the slightly crumbly texture. It just might be worth making again.
