Just to sweeten this up a bit, I mixed the yellow mustard half and half with honey. The oven temperature and timing still works well if only one chicken breast is baked.

Not only did I mix the mustard with honey, I also added almonds to the top before baking. It was a very tasty addition. I will definately make this again.

Ok Ok. I had the leftover chicken with the mustard kind. I loved it! I was surprised that it wasn't too mustardy! (is that a word?!) Anyways, now I feel stupid for only having it brushed with ketchup! I didn't even try the mustard, but now I am glad that I did!

This was a quick and easy meal. Very tasty. I did have to cook the chicken for quite a bit longer, but I was using rather big breasts :) Also, used Italian breadcrumbs. Served with noodles and peas and carrots. Definitely goes in my comfort food category. Thanks!

Super simple recipe, which I appreciated. It was good, but missing a little something. I'm sure the spicier the mustard the better. I used spicy mustard, but should have spread it on a bit thicker. I had intended to add some honey like some others on here suggested, but discovered that I was out of honey when it was too late. 400F for 20 minutes was perfect.

This recipe is super easy and yes the chicken was very moist but there was absolutely no flavor to it at all. We all dipped it in barbecue sauce so it did not taste so bland. I think adding honey or some other spices would kick this dish up a notch.

I liked this. I went easy on the mustard, but I wish I would have used more, it needed more flavor, next time I will try the other reviewers tip of adding honey to the mustard.

This recipe is brilliant! So quick and easy for a novice cook such as myself. Like most people, I added some honey for an extra bit of flavour, and I also threw in some sesame seeds and mixed herbs just because I had them in my cupboard. I have to say I really enjoyed this and I will definitely be making this again!

I seasoned my chicken tenders with seasoning salt before coating with breadcrumbs. Oh, and I also used Dijon mustard. Doesn't get much easier than this...or tasty! Thanks for a great tasting, healthy recipe. My family really enjoyed it!

This was really good. I thought that the mustard would be over powering but it really wasn't. I think next time I'll try honey mustard. The best thing about the recipe is that the chicken stayed really moist.

So easy! I also added honey, and I really liked the flavor. I cut the chicken into strips and they were perfect for my 3 year old too.

So quick and easy. I happened to have honey in the house the first time I made this so I used about 1/2 cup of honey along with the mustard. The flavor was great! The second time, I didn't have any more honey so I made it just like the recipe said and it still had good flavor but I would definitely use honey if you have it..just adds more flavor
