A delightful summer desert that doesn't require heating up the house with the oven.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Beat cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add condensed milk, blend well.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into crust and chill until firm.
- Top with canned pie filling or the fresh fruit of your choice.
