this is the best thing i've ever tasted.it's better than a starbucks mocha.
- 1⁄2 cup coffee
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 -4 tablespoons whipped cream
- mix everything in blender.
- pour in mug.
Truly wonderful! A must try if you enjoy mochas. The cocoa gives it just enough pure chocolate flavor. I forgot to heat the milk so ended up zapping in the microwave for a few seconds before topping with whipped cream. Faster, easier and cheaper than driving to Starbucks and waiting in line! Weve gone all over town looking for a mocha as good as Starbucks. Now we can just look at home! I used soy milk and non-dairy whipped topping to keep it dairy-free, and added a bit more coffee to taste. It was delicious! I didn't use a blender. Instead I heated the milk, added the dry ingredients and whipped cream and whisked it all together. Then I added the coffee. Thanks for the chance to stay home and have a great cuppa -- this will be a regular treat at our house.
