  1. This was very good and easy! We used ground turkey to make it a little healthier, and it tasted great. DH made this before I got home so it's definitely hubby friendly! Thanks so much for posting!

  2. Sunday was chili day and my DS won't eat my chili because I put too much "stuff" in mine. I made him a pot of this just for him and he loved it! I followed the recipe and put it in a crockpot so he could have easy access. He ate it with Fritos and cheese. This is his new favorite chili recipe. Thanks for posting!!

  3. I had a packet of McCormick chili seasoning that I wanted to use. I found this recipe and decided to make it for lunch. My packet didn't say mild or hot on it but wow was it spicy (no fault of the recipe of course). I followed the recipe as written other then I did add another can of tomato sauce to help with the spicyness of the chili packet. My boys loved it.

  4. This was super tasty. I substituted ground turkey for hamburger...so good. Cooked it for dinner for friends, they loved it on a cold winter night. Super easy to make! Serve it with cornbread muffins too!

  5. This is how I make my chili, though sometimes I just use kidney beans instead of Bush beans. I also use petite diced tomatoes in place of the tomato sauce sometimes. I have tried several "from scratch" recipes for chili and always go back to the McCormick seasoning packets! I like the mild and the regular (I'm too wimpy for the hot one). This is good with crackers and cheese, or macaroni (chili mac) or crunch up fritos with sour cream too. I often serve corn bread on the side>
