Pretty tasty! I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with rhubarb and it's in my experience that cooking with rhubarb can run the risk of either being too sweet or not sweet enough. This was a tad too sweet for me, but the flavor of the rhubarb was nice. Served cooled over some vanilla ice cream and it made a nice simple dessert.
