A very smooth and creamy fudge frosting that starts with the microwave.

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave.
  2. Remove from microwave, add cocoa, and stir until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
  4. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before frosting cake.
  6. Makes enough to frost a double layer cake. Cut in half if frosting the top only of a 9x13 cake.
