Thanx forgottensong and marym, I did add the vanilla and when I quadrupled the batch, I added 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, made it taste sooooo creamy! And didn't change the consistency, which was what I was hoping for! I'm using it to cover mini castle cakes for a boys bday. Thanx ladies!! Especially you Kitten!

  1. In a microwave-safe dish, put in cocoa, butter and water.
  2. Microwave on high 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Add in powdered sugar (more if needed) until runny enough to drizzle on your cake.
