Easy Mexican Casserole Meal

Ingredients:

Servings: 6

• 1 bell pepper , chopped
• 2 lbs Velveeta Mexican cheese , diced
• 1 onion , chopped
• 8 ounces egg noodles
• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 (12 ounce) can tomato juice
• 1 (14 ounce) can corn

Directions:

1. Cook noodles as directed on package.
2. Brown ground beef.
3. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes.
4. Add bell pepper and cook until onions translucent.
5. Add cheese and tomato juice.
6. Add cooked noodles, corn.
7. Heat until thoroughly warmed.
