A friend shared this recipe with me probably 30 years ago. It is supper easy and fast with the Minute rice.
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground meat
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup Minute Rice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Brown ground meat with chopped onion.
- Add the other ingredients, including rice.
- Let this simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until rice is cooked.
