For a 'plain' meatloaf it was good(and not salty!)...even my kids liked it.

I bet the salty reviewer used garlic SALT!! instead of the suggested powder, commen and understandable mistake. I'm getting ready to make this now, I'll let you know how it goes :)

I have made this 3 times now and my family loves it. I added a teaspoon of tomato paste and about a teaspoon of itallian seasoning. After I put it on the pan I pour more tomato paste over the whole meatloaf.

This was great. I only added a pinch of salt and did not find it to be salty at all. I put some tomato sauce on the top while it baked. A quick delicious meatloaf that I will make often. Thanks

The recipe was very very easy, which should have tipped me off in the first place... I ended up with a really really salty meatloaf (and I followed the instructions verbatim!). My dear dad choked down one slice and could stomach no more... Sorry Pax44, I have to say that I usually like salty things and flavorfull dishes, but this one just ended up super salty, yet bland...
