Easy Marinated Pork Chops

"Nothing could be simpler than this recipe, and it's great because you can start marinating it the night before, or in the morning, and then all you have to do at dinnertime is take the pork chops out of the bag and grill them. Note: the time listed does not include the time for marinating."

  1. These pork chops were delicious!!! I used half the amount of oil and pork chops with the bone in. The had a terrific flavour and very nice and moist I grilled these on the BBQ and we enjoyed them with dilled carrots and a side of pasta. Made for Went to the Market tag game. Thanks TasteTester! :)

  2. I loved the ease of these chops. I used all the marinade mix but only 4 bone in pork loin chops. Will be a very useful recipe to have on hand for the summer BBQs.<br/>Made for Aus/NZ swap December 2011

  3. Yum! I marinated these overnight and loved the flavor. So simple and good. Thanks TasteTester for a nice treat. Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

  4. These were very tasty. Next time I'll probably add a bit more salt. I broiled mine in the oven instead of grilling. They probably would have tasted better on the grill but the husband couldn't be bothered. *roll eyes*

  5. I used less sugar and salt (for our tastes) and thin pieces of pork loin, so you could really taste all the marinade flavors - it was nice and limey.

Our family moved to Florida from New York in the 90's, so I've brought not only many of the recipes my family has passed down, but have learned to cook some great Southern dishes as well.? When I found RZ, it opened up a whole new world of cooking -- cuisine from different countries, tried-and-true family hand-me-down recipes, and some interesting and delicious dishes I would never have found on my own.
