  • 118.29 ml maple syrup, not pancake syrup
  • 14.79 ml butter, not margarine
  • 29.58 ml whipping cream

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan bring maple syrup and butter to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Whisk in cream.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
