This manicotti recipe is so quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner. I used fresh lasagna pasta that I cut in half and rolled up around the cheese filling. Delicious!

This was an easy and tasty dish. I used store bought manicotti shells for time-saving purposes. I also do not keep italian seasoning on hand so I used a mixture of oregano, basil and thyme. I doubled the recipe and it turned out just fine. Thanks Anme!
