Super easy and super yummy! Cooking time is freezing time.


  1. In food processor (or blender), process mango and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt.
  3. Pour mixture into 8"x4" freezer container.
  4. Cover and freeze 4 hours, whisking from time to time.

Wow! Easy, delicious, low fat, who could ask for anything more?

I added a touch of real vanilla, since I like how vanilla highlights flavors. I have two more ripe mangoes still, so I might try skipping the sugar altogether and adding a bit more vanilla. This is a great recipe, thanks for posting!
