Excellent to beat the heat and very good for stomach and digestion too!
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 cup mango (fully ripe, use fleshy variety,cut in bite size pieces)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups water
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer and run till smooth.
- Pour in jars with ice cubes and enjoy a delicious summer drink!
