I got this in a magazine. It's so easy. Great for dipping fruit or cookies.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Chill at least 6 hours. Serve as dip for fruit slices and/or cookies.
Good, easy dip. I let it chill overnight (however I cheated and tasted it after about 4 hours - couldn't wait!). I think it had a better flavor with a longer chill time, but was very good and couldn't be simpler. Thanks Parsley!
This is such a GREAT tasting dip and so perfect for summer time. My experience is 6 hours is the minimum, overnight is best! I use "light" sour cream and soft chewy macaroons from a bakery have worked the best for me.
