Easy Macaroni & Cheese

This is based on a Rachael Ray recipe, in fact it may be almost exact. It's SO simple to make and goes alot further than a box of powder. Use any cheese you have handy.

• Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 10

• 1 lb elbow macaroni (or whatever you have on hand, I usually use penne)
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
• 2 cups grated cheese (I use medium cheddar)
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain.
2. In pan melt butter, add milk & bring to a low boil.
3. Add flour and stir until milk thickens.
4. Add peppers.
5. Turn stove heat to medium-low and add in cheese, stir until they are melted and incorporated into milk mixture.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Add pasta and stir until coated.
