I have been making this recipe for years and it is always a hit with family and guests. Not sure where it originated, but whoever concocted it gets a gold star! The recipe is easily doubled or trippled and I always double the sauce so we'll have plenty to spoon over rice.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in a baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sauce, onion, broth mix and water and pour over chicken.
  4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and bake and additional 30 minutes.

Followed the recipe as is. It was easy to prepare and tasted great.

This was a nice and easy recipe that tasted very good. Made as is. Would have been better if the sauce would have penetrated the chicken a bit more, but over all I'd probably make it again in a pinch. Thanks. :)
