Deliciously simple! Love lime with poultry! Mine was done faster than the time here. Thanks MarraMamba for sharing. Made for Zaar Stars.

I don't usually include mushrooms as an ingredient in anything, but I made an exception here, 'cause my other half really likes them! VERY NICE CHICKEN DISH, & definitely easy to prepare! I used two large chicken breasts & sliced them into thirds! Really liked the use of the lime juice here! Definitely a keeper recipe! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Stars tag]

Delicious and easy. Perfect as a weeknight dinner. I made this as written except for scaling the recipe down for one and increasing the quantity of mushrooms. Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

YUM! SO easy and SO delicious! :) Except for using more like 2 cups of mushrooms (we LOVE mushrooms) and adding some minced onion and minced garlic (just couldn't resist including them) in with the mushrooms, I made these exactly to the recipe. LOVED the blend of lime juice and olive oil. The chicken was moist and so wonderfully flavoursome. I used boneless skinless breasts, halved and Brown Rice and Vegetable Saute was the perfect complement. Thanks MarraMamba! I'll certainly be making this recipe again. Made for Gimme 5.

I was surprised at how flavorful this was considering the simple ingredients. Very good, simple and healthy! Thanks!

This made a really easy healthy dinner, which is exactly what I needed. I liked the flavor that the lime juice added, and the mushrooms on top were a nice touch (I sauted mine in olive oil & topped them with a little rosemary).

YUM!! This was my first time broiling chicken, and it turned out so moist and tender! I used more mushrooms, a whole (8 oz?) package, since we love them. We will definitely be making this again, MarraMamba. Thanks for posting!

This made a very quick and enjoyable dinner for DH and me. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and after flattening them slightly, I misted them with olive oil and squeezed the lime juice over the top. They were done in about 20 minutes. The mushrooms were shitake.

We loved this...I used tenderloins so I didn't cook as long as the recipe requested...I just wish they had more color...I would have hit them a bit closer to the broiler but I didn't want the chicken to dry out...these were moist and full of yummy lime tasty ness...thanks for posting it...:)
