I like this recipe because it is quick, easy & tastey. I thought of it one day because I have always like chili, and wanted something tastey, but lower in calories & carbs.
- 12 ounces jimmy dean low-fat sausage
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 6 ounces plain tomato paste
- 15 ounces red kidney beans (Drained & Rinsed)
- Cook sausage throughly.
- Add: all other ingredients.
- Simmer for 10 min.
